Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients and partners (from cold email to coffee chat).
• Develop, negotiate, and close business deals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to tailor pitches.
• Research industry trends and competitor activities.
• Represent Sagensie at events and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (agency background is a plus).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Confident, outgoing, and always hungry to learn.
• Strategic thinker with a creative edge.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Results-driven, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
