Clipper Video Editor (Intern)

Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form video content for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Transform raw footage into engaging, platform-optimized clips
• Add dynamic subtitles, meme-style text, transitions, and trending audio
• Stay updated with TikTok and Reels trends, editing styles, and algorithm shifts
• Help repurpose long-form content into short, punchy cuts
• Collaborate with the content and strategy team to match brand tone
• Organize footage and assist in content scheduling if needed

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate from Multimedia, Design, Communications, or related fields
• Has internship or freelance experience as a video editor or content creator
• Familiar with editing tools like CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut
• Up-to-date with TikTok, Reels, and short-form video culture
• Strong sense of timing, trend awareness, and creative storytelling
• Able to work under direction but also bring original ideas
• Bonus: Has a personal TikTok or content portfolio to showcase
