Key Accountabilities for this position


  • Creating sales lead resources, including company directories for cold calling new leads

  • Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling

  • Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts

Account Executive (Full Time)

Key Accountabilities for this position


  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.

  • Presenting and demonstrating the value of services to prospective clients.

  • Closely align with Account Manager and teams to achieve revenue targets.

  • Communicating with clients and gathering information about a project’s scope, budgets and timelines

  • Developing budgets and timelines for clients and the company they work for

  • Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce creative concepts through execution of assigned projects

  • Research and understand the client’s needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject matter experts, and in-person meetings

  • Write original copy, script, and edit content for a range of projects

  • Collaborate with creative production team and account team from concept development, creative briefs to delivery of the projects

  • Amend, revise, or redevelop adverts or campaigns in response to feedback from the creative production manager and team, account team or clients

  • Oversee campaigns and projects through the production stage to completion

  • Recommend influencers and cast talents as required for projects

  • Client liaison to develop a strong understanding of client requirements and objectives

  • Staying one step ahead of competitors by researching current media trends

  • Evaluate and implement improvement on digital strategy

  • Research the latest digital tools and interactive trends

  • Create integrated and cost-effective digital strategies according to the client’s needs and objectives

  • Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the client’s brand identity and objectives

  • Research and understand the client’s needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject matter experts, and in-person meetings

  • Collaborate with creative production team and account team from strategize, campaign concept development, creative briefs to delivery of the projects

  • Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving engagement and promoting social media campaigns

  • Managing a high volume of daily social media posts

  • Using analytical tools to monitor and evaluate company and client’s social media presence and performance

Videographer + Video Editor (Full time & Internship)

Responsible from pre to post production

Key Accountabilities for this position


  • Working with Creative Production team to determine production vision, create video footage, film, ads, or video product

  • Discuss project timeline, brief, narrative structure, story goals, and more with the director, producer, creative managers, and CCO as the project is edited

  • Interviewing people and creating film clip via editing raw footage

  • Inserting closed captioning, graphics, or other on-screen text into the video

  • Adding computer graphics and special effects to a video

  • Splice raw film footage together from various sources and shoot, and combine it with other scenes to create a cohesive story

  • Evaluate edited footage to make sure it matches the story from the script and meets the narrative agenda of the producer and director of the film, as well as the Creative Production Manager and CCO

  • Edit footage into timelines and cut time out of certain shots to create a more impactful story for the audience

  • Combine visual footage with audio sound effects, dialogue, ambient sound, and a musical soundtrack to create more drama in the story

  • Use computer editing software programs, video switching devices, digital video effects programs, and other tools to piece together film components

  • Ensure all editing cuts, splices, changes, and additions appear seamless and natural and help the story flow more effectively in the finished product

  • Create sound effects by recording specific audio clips or choose audio effects from a database of sounds to include in the final film

  • Figuring out what type of equipment to use

  • Cleaning and disassembling of hardware

  • Setting up and tearing down cameras, audio recorders, lighting, microphones, and props

  • Calibrating and maintaining equipment, as well as troubleshoot problems with the equipment
